Degradation Analysis
The Degradation Analysis Folio allows you to extrapolate the failure time of a product based on its performance (or degradation) over a period of time under accelerated stress conditions. You can transfer the extrapolated failure times into a new or existing Standard Folio for further analysis. You can also create a plot of the analysis, which can help you visualize the results.
